March 2018 Happy Birthday To Me I must confess to you, I don’t feel like I’m 83 years old. That’s what the calendar says, so I guess that’s the way it is. The Lord has given both Frances and me par excellent health, for which we are so everlastingly thankful. To be frank, I have asked the Lord to give both of us 10 more years to finish this task, to finish this course, to touch this world for Christ just one more time. Of course, I’m speaking of hundreds of thousands of people coming to Christ, and many thousands also being baptized with the Holy Spirit, plus a great work for God carried out in the hearts and lives of untold thousands. I believe the Lord is going to do it, and in fact, in a sense, He has already begun. What The Lord Said To Me Back in 1992, I think in the month of January, the Lord spoke to my heart about what we are now seeing. Presently, there is a spiritual drought around the world. Yes, there are some people being saved, and some people being baptized with the Holy Spirit, but it’s not nearly as many as it was back in the 1980s, etc. However, the Lord spoke to my heart and told me that if I would persevere, in other words continue to believe Him—and to believe Him for great and mighty things—then He would do mighty things. So, I am expecting a move of God in the very near future, unparalleled in human history. In other words, I believe it will be the greatest move of God, resulting in more people being saved and more people being baptized with the Holy Spirit than the world has ever previously known as far as numbers are concerned. I Need You I need you to believe with me! I need you to stand with us! I need you to exercise faith toward that for which I have just stated! Not only do I need your prayerful support, I need your financial support as well, as I think should be obvious. How so much I thank so many of you for being so faithful to the work of God. There are two sets of books in the portals of glory (Rev. 20:12). The first one is the Book of Life, which carries the name of every single born-again believer who has ever lived. The second book has to do with everything about us. In other words, a record is kept of everything both good and bad. Let me dwell on that which is good: Every prayer that you pray for this ministry, every dollar that you give to help us touch a lost world, and every person that you minister to and tell about the SonLife Broadcasting Network—a record is kept in glory of every single thing that is done. Now I realize that some would ask as to how such could be done. Well, of course with man such is impossible, but with God all things are possible. In fact, to show you how minute this is, how a record is kept on everything, Jesus said, “Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing, and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father. But the very hairs of your head are all numbered” (Mat. 10:29-30). Can you imagine the hairs on the head of every person in the world numbered, even on a daily basis? So, thank you so very, very much, for all of you who stand with us, even on a daily basis. It means more than I have words to say. The Great-Granddaughters The other day Sam, Abby, and CC were in a store looking at a rack of Bibles, which were for sale. Abby spoke up and stated that if it didn’t have the word holy in front of Bible, that we shouldn’t buy it. Sam spoke up and said, “It also had better be KJV.” Abby asked as to what KJV meant, and Sam hastily stated, “King James Version.” Then CC, who is the ripe old age of 4, spoke up and stated, “And it must have a Cross on the front of the Bible.” To be sure, they were not very far wrong on all counts. I did not know that Sam knew what a King James Version was, but evidently she does. Are You Getting Ready For Campmeeting? The dates are March 28 through April 1. It’s going to be a little bit of heaven on earth, and, if at all possible, you should make your plans right now to be with us. I personally believe that our last camp had a spiritual depth to it that we have not previously experienced, and for which we give the Lord all the praise and all the glory. Israel of old was commanded by the Lord some three times a year to go to Jerusalem for particular meetings. It was mandatory that they go. We have three giant conventions every year here at Family Worship Center. I’m speaking of our Resurrection Campmeeting, the Crossfire International Youth Conference in July, and our Thanksgiving Campmeeting. I know that most of you cannot be with us because of the distance, but for those of you who can, you should do your best to try to be in all three camps. It’s something that we need, and I’m speaking of a spiritual refreshing. I believe I can say that this is exactly what we will expect, and exactly what we will get in this coming Resurrection Campmeeting. Be with us, if it’s at all possible for you to do so. You won’t be disappointed! What Do You Want For Your Birthday? That is easy! I want to see more souls saved, more believers baptized with the Holy Spirit, more lives changed by the power of God, and more broken hearts healed. That’s what I want, and that’s what I believe the Lord is going to give me. Again, thank you for your prayers, your support, and your standing with us to touch this world for Christ. Your help means more than you’ll ever know, at least until you stand before the Lord, and I believe your reward will be great.
