The Moving And Operation Of The Holy Spirit
The heading is what it’s all about, and I continue to speak of the operation of the Spirit of God. Last Wednesday night, in our midweek Bible study, the Spirit of God fell like rain. During the praise and worship, it saturated the entirety of the auditorium. People were blessed, helped, strengthened, lifted up, and encouraged because that’s what the Spirit of God does. And then, when I began to teach, there was an explosion of the Spirit of God that permeated the auditorium and brought the entire audience to its feet, praising God.

The Spirit Of The Lord
The Spirit of God is a blessing and help unparalleled anywhere else. Whenever the Spirit of God moves, in whatever setting, things happen which are very, very positive. Souls are saved, believers are baptized with the Holy Spirit, the sick are healed, and Christians are encouraged and strengthened. That’s the way the Spirit of God works.

This Is What I Want
All of the programming that goes out all over the world through SonLife Television, I strongly desire with everything in me, that the Spirit of God move mightily in our teaching episodes, the church services, the praise and worship with the music—all of it must be saturated by the Holy Spirit.

Tragically and sadly, the Spirit of God is totally unknown in most church services. The people don’t know what you are talking about. That’s tragic, but it happens to be true.

That’s the reason we see people saved, baptized with the Holy Spirit, and healed by the power of God. It’s all because of the Spirit of God.

Wherever The Signal Goes
We now go into about a hundred countries of the world. And the Lord has told me, “Wherever the television signal goes, My Spirit will go with it.” And that means wonderful things happen. Christians are encouraged, lives are touched, and broken hearts are healed.

Jesus said: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised, To preach the acceptable year of the Lord” (Luke 4:18-19). That’s what the Spirit of God can do.

I Want You To Pray
I know that this magazine goes into the homes of some people who are intercessors, in other words, God has given you a calling to intercede on behalf of spiritual needs. I’m asking you to pray for us, that we might see a moving of the Holy Spirit unparalleled in this day and time in which we live. This is what this nation needs, it’s what the entirety of the world needs. So I implore you, I plead with you to hold us up before God.

I am asking Him for an anointing of the Spirit that will be greater than anything we have ever witnessed or experienced previously. You can help in that by simply holding us up before the Lord.

We love you, and again thank you for your support both prayerfully and financially. It means so very, very much.

In the Master’s service, yours, Jimmy Swaggart
