September 2021 Souls I’m sure many of you have noticed that in both programs—The Message of the Cross and A Study in the Word—we will, at opportune times, pray for people to be saved. More and more, we are having people call and ask us to say the sinner’s prayer with them; they are telling us they want to be saved. Ladies and gentlemen, I believe that this, which is soon to come and has already begun, is going to usher in untold thousands to a salvation experience with the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe the Lord has told me this, and I believe with all of my heart that it is going to happen. The Spirit Of God Time and time again—and I’m sure that you know this—the Spirit of God will move in the programming. It’s a very special time when it’s obvious that the Lord is doing this. At that time, as I sense the Spirit of God, I will encourage the lost to pray with us, that they might be saved. Please understand, and as you well know, there is no limit to what can be done as the television signal goes out all over the world. In fact, the Lord has told me, “Everywhere the television signal goes, My Spirit will go with it.” He then said to me, “I will save; I will fill; I will heal; I will deliver; and I will bless.” As well, we are seeing this happen more and more. The Coming Great Tribulation I believe that we are very close to the rapture of the church, which means that we are also very close to the great tribulation; but the church will be gone at that time. I also believe the Lord has told me that He is going to bring in a harvest of souls, which will precede the great tribulation. It has already begun, but what is really going to happen is that we are going to see untold thousands brought to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. Prayer Many of you who hold this magazine in your hands are intercessors. You know how to pray. And I’m asking you to pray that God will give this evangelist a greater anointing of the Holy Spirit than I have ever known. I am asking for you to do this. I need it very, very much simply because I cannot do all of this myself. I’ve got to have the help of Spirit-filled believers who know how to touch God. And I believe that you do. Television Television is not threatening, as church oftentimes is (it really doesn’t have to be, but people think it is). But television is right there before you, and that’s the reason many people can accept Christ and not feel threatened. I believe that we are going to see hundreds of thousands—and I am not exaggerating—give their hearts and their lives to the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe the Lord has told me this, and I also believe He has spoken to many of you in the same capacity. You feel it in your spirit; you sense it in your spirit, and the Lord is going to do it. The Spirit Of God There is nothing like the Spirit of the Lord. Whenever the Spirit of God moves, things change suddenly for the better and a thousand times over. This is what our churches need; this is what the television programming needs; this is what all of us need—the moving and operation of the Holy Spirit. I thank God every day. In the programing, the Spirit of the Lord will begin to move, and it’s easy to see what the Lord is doing. I believe exactly as the Lord told me, that everywhere this signal goes, His Spirit is going with it to do great and mighty things.
